3. Merchants

3.1 You acknowledge and agree that:

• Merchants are solely responsible for the sale, preparation, description, and quality of their products and services;

• Merchants handle all transactions, pricing, and compliance with food safety and other laws;

• SavorQ is not responsible for any product quality issues, inaccuracies, or damages arising from Merchant activities.

3.2 SavorQ does not verify Merchants’ licences, representations, or legal compliance.

3.3 Nutritional or allergen information is provided by Merchants. SavorQ cannot guarantee its accuracy and accepts no liability for inaccuracies.

3.4 Purchases made through the Website are contracts between you and the Merchant, not SavorQ.

3.5 For alcoholic products, you must be 18 years or older and comply with applicable laws. SavorQ assumes no responsibility for age verification or alcohol sale compliance.

3.6 Merchants manage their own refund and cancellation policies. For any refund, modification, or complaint, please contact the Merchant directly.

3.7 Customer service queries about orders or products should be addressed to the Merchant.

4. Your Account

4.1 You may choose to create a SavorQ Account. Registration is open to users aged 18 or above. You must keep your login details secure and confidential.

4.2 You agree that:

• All information provided is accurate and up to date;

• You will promptly update any changes;

• You are responsible for activities carried out under your account.

4.3 SavorQ may suspend or disable your account if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms.

4.4 If you suspect unauthorised account access, contact support@savorq.com immediately.

4.5 You may close your account anytime by contacting us. However, outstanding payments or unresolved matters with Merchants must be settled.

5. Promotions

5.1 SavorQ or its Merchants may issue promotional codes (“Promo Codes”) that provide discounts or offers (“Promotions”).
Promo Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to specific terms.
SavorQ reserves the right to modify or terminate Promotions at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You must not:

• Use the Website in violation of any law or regulation;

• Misuse, copy, or resell content without permission;

• Disrupt the Website or upload harmful software;

• Use the Website for fraudulent or unrelated financial transactions.

User Content
